WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

For this consultation, you will need to complete an initial interview and track your food intake for a few days; Both will be emailed to you! The initial interview gives me some information on your lifestyle, habits, and health goals, and the "food & mood journal" gives some insight into your daily habits, and spaces where we can make some changes. 

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

If you'd like to jump right into it, booking an initial meeting under "book online" is the way to go.

If you'd like a little more information, contacting me via email/text and possibly setting up a phone call is great!

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

I am flexible and happy to create any course that works for you and your family/workplace/friends. I do offer monthly meal-prep classes and kitchen clean-out & restocks as requested!
